1. Products & Usage

Our store offers a range of lash products including LED UV lights, lash glues and accessories. All products sold on this website are intended for professional use only. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are qualified to use these products appropriately and safely.

Customers must create an account to access special offers, promotions, and discounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders, Cancellations & Returns

  • Orders: All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • Cancellations:
  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge if your order has not yet been shipped.
    • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Returns:
    • We accept returns for products in unused, unopened, and original condition, provided there is a valid reason for the return (such as receiving a damaged item or an incorrect product).
    • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • No returns or refunds are accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons for lash glues, liquids (primers, removers, sealants, cleansers, etc.), tweezers, sale and promotional items.

4. International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s customs regulations and import duties. LASH ATELIER is not liable for any delays, fees, or confiscations caused by local authorities.
