Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with LASH ATELIER. We value your satisfaction and want every purchase to be a positive experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. General Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We accept return, refund, or exchange requests on eligible products within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
- A valid reason must be provided (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- Requests must be submitted via email to

and include:- Your order number
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Clear photos, if applicable
Important:
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be processed only after approval, based on the condition of the item and the reason for the request.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene and quality control concerns, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Lash glues
- All liquids (primers, removers, sealants, cleansers, etc.)
- Tweezers
- Sale and promotional items
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on these products unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
3. Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange:

with your order number and reason. - Include clear photos of the product if damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Await authorization and return instructions before shipping anything back.
Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
- All items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued only after approval.
- If exchanging, we will confirm availability of the replacement item before proceeding.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days after approval for the refund to be reflected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your return is not approved (e.g., item used, damaged by customer, outside the return window, or non-returnable), we will notify you via email.
5. Exchanges
If your item is eligible for exchange and your request is approved:
- We will ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect the original product.
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.
6. International Returns & Exchanges
We accept return and exchange requests from international customers under the same conditions. However:
- All return shipping costs, customs duties, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
