⧗ Processing Time :

 

  • All orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

✈ Shipping Options & Rates :

Canada & United States :

  • FREE EXPRESS shipping on orders of $175 CAD or more (before taxes).
  • Orders under $175 CAD (before taxes) are subject to a flat express shipping fee of $15 CAD.

International :

  • FREE EXPRESS international shipping on orders of $350 CAD or more (before taxes).
  • Orders under $350 CAD (before taxes) are subject to a flat express shipping fee of $30 CAD.
  • International Customs & Lost Orders

    > Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
    International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes once the package reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office for details on potential charges before placing your order.

    > Lost or Delayed International Orders:
    Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, customs holds, or lost packages.
    We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely and contacting your local postal service or customs office for updates if your package is delayed.

    > Refused Packages:
    If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, shipping fees and return costs will not be refunded.

Order Tracking :

  • A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.
  • You can track your order at any time via the link provided in your confirmation email.

Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Deliveries :

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to courier issues, customs delays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes :

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
  • We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
